We have a proven methodology to upgrade your DB Upgrade from 11g/12c to 19c and your Application Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.X. Our methodology checks the prerequisite for latest CPU patches on Database tier and Application tier. Enabling online patching helps achieve minimum downtime during the patching process.
We Analyse Server, Storage, network and database prerequisites patches, Application Tier prerequisites patches , Operating System prerequisites in the existing environment . We also analyse third party interface configuration like sftp, web services, shared nfs directories, scheduled crontab, scheduled concurrent program and database scheduled job compatible with target environment.
