During the initiation phase, the ChainSys team mobilizes at the project site and key stakeholders are identified. A detailed project plan with work breakdown structure and project charter is shared with Customers for mutual discussion and acceptance. Tasks are planned and allocated.
During the design phase, the project team interacts with business and key stakeholders to validate the business requirements and evolve a blueprint of the solution model, including hardware, software, application and network infrastructure. ChainSys’ Implementation processes are structured and tempered with CMMI best practices.
Further, to-be process documents are re-evaluated for relevance and adequacy, to fine tune the processes, with the consensus of all key stakeholders. Data migration, Quality Assurance Strategy and Cut Overs are finalized.
During this phase, the hardware, software and application components are installed and configured. Functional configurations, made in line with the to-be process, are finalized.
Development of Custom components/solutions identified as part of the To-be process.
All business scenarios for the end-to-end flow will be documented. Unit testing and System Integration Testing will be carried out by the project team. All key business flows will be tested and validated and business process changes identified to plan for the change management process initiatives. To accelerate regression testing and end-to-end scenario testing (during SIT & UAT), ChainSys’ proprietary SmartBots are used.
ChainSys Smart Data Migration Suite accelerates data migration process and ensures quality data in the new instance. Its functional reconciliation dashboard provides the needed confidence in the activity to the process owners to approve for Go Live.
User acceptance testing (UAT) sessions will be conducted to get acceptance from business users for the configured solutions.
Transition refers to transformation of the test instance configurations to the production environment. Configurations will be migrated to the production environment and cutover activities will be initiated to transfer the data from legacy to ERP environment using ChainSys Smart Migration Platform - dataZap. Go-live can be planned with near-zero cutover. Business users will be made to work in the new environment from the system Go Live date.
Stabilization refers to the period in which Chainsys will do the handholding of the users and support the users in their day to day work on the new environment.
