Rollout Services

ChainSys' Oracle Application Rollout approach begins with the documentation/design/build efforts. This methodology focuses on incremental requirements and local variations to quickly set up test versions and speed up the test phase of the project. Below are the different planning steps and key activities for each step.

Regional Project Preparation

The Regional project preparation phase plans for all milestones, activities, resources, and providing a solid work plan for implementation.

Regional Variations

ChainSys conducts targeted workshops to gather business requirements to understand the regional unique needs. The business variations are documented, configured and tested.

Configuration management

This phase includes configuring the new ledger, legal entity, sub-ledger, business unit and inventory organization. Our configuration migration tool dataZap helps reduce the time taken to set up new entities and complete User Migration.

Development

Any changes requested in the existing technical components or net new technical components (reports, interfaces, transitions, enhancements, workflows, etc.) are discussed and taken up for incorporation into the rollout.

Test Management

This phase includes the full range of Unit, System Integration, and User Acceptance Tests to ensure that your application is configured and working as designed. SmartBots, our testing automation tool helps in simplified and accelerated testing with various business use cases.

Production Configuration, Review, GoLive

Once approved by the UAT, ChainSys and your IT team will be ready to move all configuration and technology development to the target production environment. Prior to the final stages of migration and removal, a "Readiness Assessment" will be performed and submitted to ensure that all organizations, systems and staff are ready for migration use cases.
