A Leading Integrated Healthcare Delivery Service Provider in India. The healthcare verticals of the company primarily comprise hospitals, diagnostics, and daycare specialty facilities. The company operates its healthcare delivery services in India, Dubai, Mauritius, and Sri Lanka with 54 healthcare facilities (including projects under development), approximately 10,000 potential beds, and 260 diagnostic centers. In a global study of the 30 most technologically advanced hospitals in the world, its flagship, Memorial Research Institute was ranked No.2, by ‘topmastersinhealthcare.com, and placed ahead of many other outstanding medical institutions in the world.

Project Scope

  • Experience with HealthCare business process Implementation
  • To address ever expanding growth of Business,  rolling out of 20 Hospitals with existing oracle configurations is the major scope of the project.
  • Re-Configuration for five legal entities and 17 locations in Fortis hospitals with Oracle R12 current setup.  
  • Enabling the existing Oracle modules for above entities along with Hospital Based Systems to be Integrated with Oracle EBS Suite.
  • Review existing interfaces, workflows, reports and update as expected for newly configured hospital locations.
  • 3 Iterations (CRP, UAT & Prod)
  • Project Duration: 3 Months.

Environment

  • Oracle E-Business R12.1.3
  • Oracle General Ledger, Payable, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Inventory, Purchase, Order Management, iSupplier, iProcurement, Sourcing , Core HRMS and Payroll.

Business Situation

  • Fortis is using Oracle E-Business R12.1.3 in Finance, SCM and HR functions with integration to HIS and attendance system. 
  • This system to be implemented at 23 hospital locations and multiple support office entities and current expansion should have existing hospital operations running as expected including integrated hospital systems.
